Who We Are
The Elena Kemper Group is comprised of team members who have been personally selected by Elena Kemper for their special skills, but mostly because they share the philosophy that customer service comes first.
- We provide unparalleled service before, during and after the transaction. Our clients become our family. We can proudly say that our business has among the highest percentage of repeat clients in Florida. It is not at all unusual for us to receive a call from people we served 29 years ago.
- No job is too small for our group. Although we represent sellers and buyers of multi-million dollar properties, we understand that families who start off smaller need our help, too. We work with everyone, from first time renters to international investors.
- Our expertise includes helping people relocate, those going through foreclosure, downsizing, commercial and residential investment properties, tear downs, new construction (we are happy to represent the finest builders), condominiums, co-ops, or those just selling or buying a home.
- We have assisted in the buying and selling of properties throughout the State of Florida, and can assist with relocation to anywhere in the world. Significantly, we have been chosen to serve as associates of choice for some of South Florida’s premier and international employers, and have aided their executives in the rental, purchase and sale of their Florida properties.
- To broaden our ability to serve in the South Florida international marketplace, we have aassociates who are comfortable in many languages, including Spanish, Russian, Hebrew, and of course, English.
